Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include tracking information.

Shipping Times and Costs

We offer standard shipping to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping : 7–15 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be available on orders meeting certain criteria.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by these factors. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@tartecosmetics.com.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees. These charges are not included in the shipping price and will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@tartecosmetics.com. We will attempt to intercept your package, but we cannot guarantee success. If the package is delivered to an incorrect address or returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment or issue a refund, at your option. Any additional shipping costs may be your responsibility.
