30-Day Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tarte Cosmetics. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day return guarantee from the date of purchase.
How to Return Items
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@tartecosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending your items back to us.
Returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in unused, original condition with all packaging and documentation included.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@tartecosmetics.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items used or opened
- Items missing original packaging
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items. Please contact support@tartecosmetics.com to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you do not receive your refund within 15 days, please contact us at support@tartecosmetics.com.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, return shipping is free.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed and cannot be cancelled. Please contact support@tartecosmetics.com to request a cancellation.
